Catskill Cuisine returns to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts to again celebrate the considerable locally grown farm bounty of the region. Celeb chef guests abound, including Marcus Samuelsson, Chopped star Scott Conant, and Iron Chef’s Geoffrey Zakarian. Expect Saturday’s Food Festival Extravaganza to take guests on a globally-inspired culinary journey (with live music accompaniment), before the Sunday Mother’s Day brunch hosted by beloved Food Network personalities Anne Burrell and Melba Wilson pays epicurean homage to those who gave us life. It all closes with a special dinner at the nearby and James Beard award nominated DeBruce restaurant.
