Sweetbriar is Chef Bryce Shuman's live fire cooking spot. It's upscale but upbeat, with a little 70's vibe and house band performances. Shuman comes from a fine dining background, but also ran one of the most masterful BBQ pop-ups in NYC. Sweetbriar feels like a little bit of both worlds.
