The deep grey interiors are the perfect setting for the self-care, holistic treatments like lymphatic compression, cryotherapy, red light beds and ice baths. Members are encouraged to experience the some of the core offerings solo and some in tandem with their plus one, or in groups. The Contrast Suite session is a member favorite.
