Chef Will Horowitz comes from the late, exalted Ducks Eatery, interiors are by Swedish designer Jeanette Didon (Kabin Bar), cocktails by former abc kitchen mixologist, with music referencing drinks like Daydream Nation (Sonic Youth), Burning Down the House (Talking Heads) and Paul's Boutique (Beastie Boys).
