Bar Amá from Josef Centeno, long one of LA's most influential chefs, has created a menu of Tex Mex-inspired dishes that are always better than expected. It's a vegetarian leaning restaurant (though you'll find animal protein on the menu). A nice little stop before heading to catch a flight at LAX.
