Starting in the rustic-hip barroom, the Cel-Raicilla and Cantaritos make for great pre-dinner cocktails. The menu fuses experimental dishes, made with seasonal ingredients from the area, including the Blood Sausage Tamal and the Whole Grilled Mackerel Al Pastor with a Pumpkin and Guajillo Salsa. And NO, they don’t have chips and salsa but you should order their house-made tortillas for the table.
