Aussie chef Shaun Hergatt won Michelin stars at both SHO and Juni. He now serves up Asian-influenced seafood and Wagyu beef in a sleek, light-filled space in SoHo’s Dominick Hotel. Small plates include shiitake handrolls, hamachi crudo and shigoku oysters, and there are also prime caviar offerings.
