FH chef Nick Curtola cut his teeth in Italy’s Piemonte, and here his menu straddles the line between tradition and cheeky experimentation. To wit, fried eel toast and mussel panzanella starters, carrying on to bucatini w/ sungold pomodoro & ricotta salata, and bluefin tuna with chervil gremolata & risina beans mains. The art adorned space boasts white brick walls and chicly patterned floors.
