The Winter Spa at William Vale is an utterly unique pop-up at the perpetually buzzy William Vale hotel. Located on the WV’s outdoor terrace, five totally private, windowed red cedar saunas and a pair of hot tubs offer restorative experiences for recharging and detoxing away the rigors of urban living (book into the hotel for spa discounts). Afterwards strap-on the skates and pull off a few figure eights at the rooftop, sustainable Vale Rink.
