Hotel Les Deux Gares is a singularly glorious celebration of pattern and color, slightly nostalgic, but decidedly contemporary. Its eccentric, maximalist interiors were the invention of British artist Luke Edward Hall, who has a particular flair for modern baroque. Bocuse-trained chef Jonathan Schweizer oversees the atmospheric namesake cafe across the street.
