Classic Chinese in Cozy Surrounds
Sal Tang's
Sal Tang’s gets its name from partners Wilson Tang, formerly of Nom Wah, and Sal Lamboglia of Cafe Spaghetti. And that fusion of cultures plays out deliciously, with a menu that deftly blends Cantonese and American-Chinese flavors. Chef Doyon Wong hews to the classics like crispy orange beef, char siu pork ribs, and a signature shrimp or beef lo mein. There’s also speciality tea service and tempting dim sum options. The atmosphere is super chill, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and the food is vibrantly plated. The interior has charmingly antiquey vibes.
