Camptown is the newest property from designers Ray Pirkle and Kim Bucci of Hudson’s Rivertown Lodge. Near to the famous Rip Van Winkle Bridge, it’s a stylish marriage of vintage and contemporary: Shaker-style nook beds, soothing earth tones, a handsome stone fireplace, and lots of found furnishings and artworks. The 24 rustic-chic guest rooms are complemented by 26 standalone cabins, and there’s an on-site Mexican Tavern. Coming soon: a sauna, swim club and pool bar.
