Iconic Art Amusement Park on Display for a Little Longer
The Shed
Thirty-six years ago, Austrian artist André Heller, opened LUNA LUNA as the world’s first art amusement park. After spending decades in storage containers, the Forgotten Fantasy re-debuted in LA last year and has now made it to NYC. The Shed is the perfect location to showcase all the original major attractions. From Keith Haring's carousel and Jean-Michel Basquiat Ferris Wheel, to the abstract mirrored fun house conceived by Salvador Dalí and a geometrical enchanted forest pavilion created by David Hockney. Do not miss this rare chance to see these wonderful works, exhibited alongside mixed-media showcases of archival materials.
