Le Vaux decisively completes the epicurean offerings of Fouquet’s New York, the first US outpost of the Parisian hotel brand Barrière. No surprise, it’s a very French affair, with star designer Martin Brudnizki responsible for its lavish look, inspired by the gardens of Versailles and Vaux-Le-Vicomte. Hudson River views are a visual bonus. A tightly curated menu of opulently prepared signature cocktails is complemented by a selection of caviar, crudo, skewers, and for sweetooths, yuzu peach and matcha strawberry popsicles. Très chic.
