ABOUT
Yoon Haeundae Galbi presents a contemporary take on traditional recipes, inspired by owner Bobby Yoon’s grandfather’s restaurant Haeundae Somunnan Amso Galbijib, which opened in 1964 in Busan, South Korea. Menu highlights include the Marinated Short Ribs, which are prepared through the Haeundae Cut, a special technique that was invented by Bobby’s grandfather to tenderize even the toughest of meats; Galbi Dumplings with short rib, chive, and tofu; and Uni Mentaiko Rice with uni, mentaiko, wasabi tobiko, seaweed, pickled chayote and microgreens, among other dishes. Located in Midtown Manhattan, Yoon provides locals and visitors alike with a modern take on authentic Korean BBQ.
