Valerie’s specialty is cocktails. Within our cocktail program, created by beverage director Marshall Minaya; you will find signature & classic libations in addition to an extensive gin library. You’ll be warmly welcomed by our expert bar team who will guide you through the unique cocktail list that changes seasonally or serve you one of our many balanced classic cocktails. Our seasonally driven menus have been carefully curated by our Executive Chef Darren Pettigrew and team. Locally sourced produce and organic, sustainable proteins are front and center in our food program.
