Jessica Pilot is an industry tastemaker, producer and talent booker with over a decade of experience in the media, advertising, and non-profit space. She grew up in NYC and has lived and worked in between NYC and Los Angeles for the last five years. Her credits include spearheading all standup at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, producing breakout stars like Ramy Yousef, Hannah Einbinder and Mo Amer. She has casted for NBC, Comedy Central, Netflix, and Vice, and manages talent for LAist Studios - LA’s NPR station’s podcast arm. Pilot also founded Hi Anxiety, a social impact campaign to help teens with anxiety, in partnership with Melinda Gates investment and incubation company, Pivotal Ventures. The campaign launched with Awkwafina and Teen Vogue in 2019.
