ABOUT
Honeyʼs is a cocktail bar and restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. We also produce small batch meads, wines, cider, and bottled cocktails. Our meads have been naturally crafted since 2009 using barrel fermentation, wild yeast, foraged herbs, and locally sourced fruit. These honey-based wines are dry, around 12% ABV, and released seasonally under the brand Enlightenment Wines. You can find Enlightenment Wines at your favorite wine shops, bars, and restaurants.
