Corima tempts with its name alone, which translates essentially as “circle of sharing”. What chef/co-owner Fidel Caballero (formerly of Michelin-starred Contra) is sharing his authentic Northern Mexican cuisine, infused with the influences of his culinary travels from Spain to China and beyond. A-la-carte options change regularly, but may include such temptations as tuna mille-feuille or smoked swordfish tamal. There's also an alluring 7-course tasting menu. For something different, the wine list includes selections from Mexico’s Guadalupe Valley. Even more surprising? Elegant, brick walled interiors draw inspiration from Japanese Zen minimalism but also boast beautiful handmade Mexican tile work.
